The USCIS's Immigrant Investor Program Office released its new processing time report. The report shows the average processing time of three EB5 forms as of June 30, 2016:

Form I-526, Immigrant Petition By Alien Entrepreneur — 16.7 months
Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions — 21.3 months
Form I-924, Application For Regional Center Under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program — 10.2 months
