On November 9, 2023, the Department of Homeland Security designated Bolivia as an eligible country to participate in both the H-2A (“H2A”) and H-2B (“H2B”) nonimmigrant visa programs. This means that nationals of Bolivia are now eligible beneficiaries for H2A temporary agricultural visa petitions and H2B temporary non-agricultural worker petitions.
