Alexander Sigal is a top-level professional, a true specialist in his field, although he can be rude, straightforward as some people write here, it doesn’t matter if he WINS your case, it’s worth it, 1.5 years have passed since my arrival in America, I switched to SBP1 and the case was won, I want to note that the decisive contribution to the trial was made by the lawyer, because in the end he was able to convey to the judge and the prosecutor so well why I should get asylum that he was able to change the judge’s opinion in my favor, also at the beginning there were problems with the court not receiving Form 589 on time, but Alexander was able to prove that everything was filed on time! I paid to consult this attorney and called him several times at the scheduled time but no response. Finally called me back and told me $15,000 for a case that is fully constructed, all it needs is representation. His attitude and arrogance was thru the ceiling. Waste of my money. Being direct and honest can seem harsh to some people (who felt mistreated and left a few negative reviews on this page) and because of that, they call Alexander a rude person. Different styles for different lawyers. In my opinion, he’s very straightforward and doesn’t try to sugarcoat anything. Don’t take it personally, as most attorneys are very stressed and work on several cases at the same time. The most important thing you should consider is that he will HELP YOU OUT with your immigration matter with a positive outcome. If you want to get the job done, then I advise you to look no further, especially if you’re from ex-USSR countries. At first, I wanted to hire a U.S.-born attorney (a native American, so to speak), because I thought they understood better how the law works inside their home country. After I dealt with a bunch of them, I decided to ditch that idea. Most English-only legal representatives have a very hard time apprehending what’s going on in foreign governments, and that can ruin your whole dоggоne case due to weak defense arguments. I discovered Alexander on an online podcast where I had the pleasure of listening to how he answers various asylum topics during a Q&A session. He’s very intelligent and experienced asylum specialist, a member of АILА for over 20 years, perfectly speaks two languages, and knows all of the nitty-gritty to win your I-589 application. I also found out that most other lawyers are some kinds of cherry-pickers and refuse to take on a complicated problem if it’s harder than lifting a finger. Also, stay away from YоuTubе-attorneys who spend all of their spare time on social media to advertise themselves instead of practicing law and real litigation.
