OFLC Posts Weekly H2B Processing Updates on iCERT

H2B Visa

On February 19, 2016, the Department of Labor's (DOL's) Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) announced that it would begin “disclosing case processing information [for H2B applications] through [the] iCERT System … which will be updated at least weekly.”1 The OFLC made this decision based upon “significant delays” at the OFLC Chicago National Processing Center in late 2015-early 2016 due both to an influx of H2B applications and technical network problems with the iCERT system.

On June 6, 2016, AILA published a list of all of the H2B processing time updates published on iCERT as of that date [link].2
