On February 20, 2017, the Secretary of Homeland Security, John F. Kelly, issued two Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Memoranda regarding the implementation of two of President Donald Trump's immigration-related Executive Orders. The first Memorandum provides guidance for the implementation of President Trump's border security measures. The second Memorandum provides guidance for the implementation of President Trump's interior security measures. Secretary Kelly rescinded President Barack Obama's civil enforcement priorities as being inconsistent with President Trump's new policies.

In the coming days, we will update the site with comprehensive articles about the new DHS guidance and what it will mean in immigration law going forward.
