On September 19, 2017, Noel Francisco was confirmed by the United States Senate by a vote of 50-47 to serve as the Solicitor General of the United States [link].1 As Solicitor General, Noel Francisco will be the government’s lead lawyer in arguments before the Supreme Court of the United States. Revised Form I-129 Takes Effect on January 17, 2025
The USCIS is replacing the 04/01/24 edition of the Form I-129 with a new edition that reflects recent changes to the H-1B program. The new form takes effect on January 17, 2025.
