On July 28, 2016, the USCIS released a new edition of the Form N-600K, Application for Citizenship and Issuance of Certificate Under Section 322. The new edition of the Form N-600K is dated July 7, 2016. USCIS will continue to accept the edition of the Form N-600K dated May 3, 2013.
