On March 6, 2017, President Donald Trump issued an Executive Order titled “Executive Order Protecting The Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into The United States.” This Executive Order revokes the Executive Order of the same name issued by President Trump on January 27, 2017, and narrows it in scope. We will update the site with articles examining the provisions of the new Executive Order, how it differs from the original Executive Order, and what its implementation will mean going forward throughout the week. We will also provide news updates related to agency guidance or judicial proceedings regarding the Order.
Please see the immigration blog to read numerous articles offering analysis and opinions of the original Executive Order that has now been revoked.
