On February 19, 2016, the Department of Labor’s (DOL’s) Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) announced that it would begin “disclosing case processing information [for H2B applications] through [the] iCERT System … which will be updated at least weekly.”1 The OFLC made this decision based upon “significant delays” at the OFLC Chicago National Processing Center in late 2015-early 2016 due both to an influx of H2B applications and technical network problems with the iCERT system.

On June 6, 2016, AILA published a list of all of the H2B processing time updates published on iCERT as of that date [link].2
