Alexander Sigal is a top-level professional, a true specialist in his field, although he can be rude, straightforward as some people write here, it doesn’t matter if he WINS your case, it’s worth it, 1.5 years have passed since my arrival in America, I switched to SBP1 and the case was won, I want to note that the decisive contribution to the trial was made by the lawyer, because in the end he was able to convey to the judge and the prosecutor so well why I should get asylum that he was able to change the judge’s opinion in my favor, also at the beginning there were problems with the court not receiving Form 589 on time, but Alexander was able to prove that everything was filed on time! I paid to consult this attorney and called him several times at the scheduled time but no response. Finally called me back and told me $15,000 for a case that is fully constructed, all it needs is representation. His attitude and arrogance was thru the ceiling. Waste of my money.
