I paid this firm in full as soon as I hired them. I was unhappy with their services as they can lack professionalism in areas. I wrote an exstensive email voicing my concern. In response, I was essentially told that the majority of my email was false. This email was meant to explain why I would like a refund for services not rendered. Instead of getting a refund, they are now charging me above the fee I paid at first.
