I never had to deal with immigration and knew very little about it. My husband was the one taking care of the case. But with him gone, I was at a loss. Mr.Segal was my guidance. He helped me understand what was going on and told me exactly what I had to do if I wanted my husband back in the U.S. It was tiresome having to work, going to school, taking care of things and running around with the entire immigration problem. Many times I couldn’t go to Mr. Segal’s office due to my busy schedule. However, whenever I used to email him he always responded. If he was unavailable, someone else from the office emailed back a response with the necessary information. I never had any trouble contacting Mr.Segal via phone, skype, email, or in person at his office. He makes himself available for all his clients at all times. He never made me feel as if I was a bother or that i was pestering him. He would always walk me through the problem and explain everything down to the very smallest detail. I went overseas for three months to see my husband. During this time period Mr.Segal and his staff continuously notified me if there were any changes or updates in the case. I never had to hunt him down for information or updates. That’s one of the things I appreciate the most, the updates and information was given to you readily. Mr.Segal is highly experienced and knows exactly how things will be. He is very informative and guided me through every step on what to do about the case. The time frame I was told in which the case will be solved was very much accurate. I am very happy with my decision to work with Mr. Segal for my husband’s immigration case. And I am beyond grateful for his guidance and hard work. Now my husband’s case is approved and he is back in the United States.
