The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services increased the filing fees for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing filings related to Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker petitions, effective February 26, 2024 [see USCIS news release].
There are two different Form I-907 fees for Forms I-129 filed for prospective nonimmigrant workers.
The premium processing fee for Forms I-129 filed for H2B and R1 nonimmigrant workers has increased from $1,500 to $1,685.
The premium processing fee for Form I-129 petitions in all nonimmigrant worker classifications other than H-2B and R-1 has increased from $2,500 to $2,805. The catch-all increase includes Forms I-129 filed for the following nonimmigrant work visa classifications: E1, E2, E3, H1B, H3, L1A, L1B, LZ, O1, O2, P1, P1S, P2, P2S, P3, P3S, Q1, TN1, and TN2.
Premium processing requests must be filed with the correct fee in order to be accepted.
