The National Benefits Center (NBC) released its average forms processing date information as of July 31, 2016. The following are the average processing dates:

Form I-102, Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival/Departure Record — May 5, 2016
Form I-131, Application for Travel Document — 3 months
Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status — 2.5 months
Form I-600, Petition to Classify Orphan as Immediate Relative — 2.5 months
Form I-600A, Application for Advanced Processing of Orphan Petition — 2.5 months
Form I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver — Jan. 20, 2016
Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization — 3 months
Form I-817, Application for Family Unity Benefits — 6 months
Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition — 3 months

USCIS Premium Processing Fees for F1 Employment Authorization Requests

F1 applications for work authorization to engage in optional practical training are eligible for the premium processing service. The USCIS recently increased the Form I-907 fee for these premium processing requests.
