The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) announced that it will open the Broadway Immigration Court on September 9, 2019 [PDF version]. The Broadway Immigration Court will be the third immigration court in New York City, joining the New York City Immigration Court and the Varick Street Immigration Court.
