When I got married to US citizen and started my immigration process I knew how important that was and I couldn’t delegate it to some random lawyer. My very good friend advised me office of Mr. Alexander Segal. The consultation in person in his office was an important part of my decision to continue cooperation and after 30 mins of conversation I had no doubts that the level of professionalism and care would be exceptional. I could feel that he was extremely experienced and competent in such cases. He was honest about the chances in my case, didn’t promise anything he couldn’t do, but he said he would do his best to put the chances at maximum and he really did as promised. The case preparation was delegated to Mrs. Melsida Asatrian. Honestly speaking, I didn’t even expect the process would be that smooth and professional and easy. All documentation was requested in a timely manner, all the e-mails and questions I had were explained well, guiding me easily through the process. I got my work authorization couple months after filling without any problems, and that was a milestone proving me that I was in right hands. She is extremely serious and professional lawyer, kind and polite, pure pleasure to work with. I owe a debt of gratitude to these fantastic lawyers for everything they did for me. I got my permanent residency within the promised timeframe and since the case was brilliantly prepared the interview went in a breeze. I was ready for a long and hard process but in the hands of these awesome lawyers I felt secure and could concentrate on my work and family, the rest was taken care of. The best attorney! I’m very satisfied with Alexander’s job! It has been completed perfectly! I am recommending Alexander to all people, who needs help, who don’t want waste money and time! Alexander and his associates took my case very seriously, I have been told, what my chances are and what to expect! I received help on all stages of my case process! Don’t believe one star ratings you read! Alexander didn’t take money for first consultation. I was always able to contact Alexander directly no matter if he was busy or not! When we talked on Skype and didn’t have good connection, he just called my cell phone! After interview it took few years before I received a decision on the case due to circumstances , but I was always been able to call and ask questions about the case and other matter that concerned me, always received answers. Alexander Segal would get you the results you need. Alex helped me to resolve the most complicated immigration case that several other lawyers tried to resolve. My testimony is that: My Asylum was broken because my Dad who was the holder of the family Asylum, so how as we came into the US he got naturalize without us being "Green Card Holder or Permanent Resident". Because of that I couldn't move forward no more. I look up online for a way to fixed that is when I hear of "I-589 Nunc Pro Tunc" could be done but with the help of a Lower. So from there I've started to search for Immigration Lower. I contact some lower but for a meeting to explain your case they charge so much fee just to talk. So I actually contact the Law Offices of Grinberg & Segal PLLC is very well organize and focus on you. I even get deduction on my case. Two month after applying with them I have been approve. My brother could not resolve his immigration issue for years. He tried to hire several immigration lawyers with no result. Luckily someone recommended us this place.
